On the first floor of the other part of the house, is the BALZAC room, a large room of 34 m2 with independent access with :
  • 2 single beds of 90 (that can be joined),
  • 1 small bed for a child under 6 years,
  • 1 sofa bed of 140 (new and good quality)
  • private bathroom (with bath) double basins and toilets.

The price for that room is 70 € for 1 person, 80 € for 2 persons , 98 € for 3 persons and 115 € for 4 persons including breakfast.
RABELAIS room
On the ground floor is the RABELAIS room of 32 m2, also with independent access with :
  • 1 double bed of 140,
  • 1 bed of 110,
  • private bathroom double basins with shower and toilets.

Price for that room is 70 € for 1 person, 80 € for 2 persons , 98 € for 3 persons and 115 € for 4 persons including breakfast.
RONSARD room
On the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, the "RONSARD" room is proposed with (total of 24m2) :
  • 1 double bed of 160,
  • private bathroom with double basins and separated toilets.

The price of that room per night is 70 euros for 1 person and 80 euros for 2 persons including breakfast.
